2How and when do I receive the ₹150 per node installation bonus?
Every time you install an IoTika switch at a customer site, enter the customer mobile number and switch serial QR code in your Partner Portal demo app. Your ₹150 installation fee per unit is credited automatically and paid directly to your registered UPI ID every Tuesday.
3What if a switch gets damaged or a customer reports a defect?
All IoTika smart touch switches carry an instant 12-month replacement guarantee. If a unit is defective, hand the customer a fresh unit from your consignment bag and return the defective piece to our local city hub for a 1-to-1 immediate exchange at zero cost.
4I have never installed IoT smart switches before. Will you train me?
